Win an ULTRA Blister Kit
Competition run by UpRiver Running, Canada
**Competition has ended**
To say thank you for all your support, we would like to give something away. Blisters can be a difficult and painful problem to deal with. For some, especially in long races they can make or break your experience. Andrew Moorey from Global Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc. was nice enough to give us a BlisterPod Ultra Blister kit from Blister Prevention to give away. The kit has everything you need to treat and prevent blisters in pretty much any situation, whether it be your next race, long training run or expedition. The kit is valued at over $100.
How do you win?

If you want to see what's in the kit or if you deal with blister problems regularly and just want to buy one, here's the link. We will announce the winner on Monday. Till then, happy (hopefully blister free) running.
And the blister kit winner is drawn
It’s time to announce the winner of the draw!
Thank You so much to everyone who liked, shared and commented with their wonderful blister stories... and the pictures🤢.
We did the draw, and we had to laugh when Sherri Defoe’s name was the one that came out as the winner. After seeing her amazing blister picture we were almost going to give her the kit in exchange for not posting any more of her unimaginable blister pictures😋. Congratulations Sherri we will contact you to get you your prize.
Thank You to everyone who entered, as well as Global Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc. and Blister Prevention for donating the awesome kit. If you liked what you saw in the kit and want to purchase one the link is in the original post.
It’s amazing to think that although the folks who get blisters when they run know the discomfort and pain is coming, they still choose to run. It’s a powerful reminder of how much we get from trail running and what it means to be able to get out into nature.
Have a great run today 😊
